Understand product direction and use-cases; input on product changes

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as a Support/Senior Support Engineer for networking or web security
Practical knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise infrastructure
Experience troubleshooting network issues; familiar with Ping, Traceroute, MTR
Hands-on with SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Firewall, Switching, SSL, SWG, VPN, and VDN
Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python
