๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer in networking or web security
- Proven experience handling critical escalations to resolution
- Proficiency troubleshooting network issues with tools (Ping, Traceroute, MTR)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications
- Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS
- Strong understanding of network security concepts: SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS
