π― Requirements
- 8+ years as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer in networking/web security.
- Practical knowledge of networking/security products and enterprise networks.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues; Ping, Traceroute, MTR.
- Hands-on with SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF, Firewall, Switching, SSL, SWG, VPN, VDN.
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu and Python.
- Demonstrated experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) or similar cloud security; TLS/SSL inspection; scripting for automation.
