- Strong grasp of CBI regulatory expectations and CPC
- Analytical skills with experience in RCA and control design
- Excellent communication with operations teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with data, reporting, and dashboards
- Background in a digital bank or fintech, with incident management exposure
