ERP Product Manager

📋 Description

• Roadmap ERP enhancements, financial accuracy & stock integrity.
• Sprint planning and delivery with engineering squad.
• Document requirements and map systems for ops issues.
• Rollouts, training and change management with Finance, Ops and Supply Chain.
• Improve SAP and MRP reliability, scalability & usability.
• Support early ERP transformation preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience with internal tools or complex workflows.
• Experience partnering with engineers and shipping software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across Ops, Finance and Engineering.
• Comfortable running your own roadmap and delivering end to end.
• Experience with SAP B1, MRP tools or supply-chain domains.
• Ability to run basic analysis or understand data flows.
