- Own end-to-end equity program administration (options, RSUs, ESPP)
- Lead Shareworks setup, vesting, exercises, releases, and changes
- Maintain cap table accuracy with legal and accounting systems
- Manage SBC accounting under ASC 718: valuation and recognition
- Handle equity modifications, forfeitures, cancellations, and settlements
- Partner with Legal on plans, amendments, and corporate actions
- Point of contact for auditors on equity compensation matters
- Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on withholding and reporting (W-2, 3921, 3922)
- Design scalable equity admin processes, controls, and integrations
- Create and maintain equity admin and SBC policies
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years equity compensation or SBC accounting
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 718
- Experience supporting audits with external auditors
- CPA certification (preferred)
- Shareworks experience with equity plans (preferred)
