📋 Description

  • Oversee equity plan administration, auditing, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Manage day-to-day administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure excellent employee experience with equity programs.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, payroll, and HR.
  • Generate regular stock plan reports for finance and legal.
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 5+ years in stock plan administration or equity compensation
  • Public company experience preferred
  • CEP designation Level I or higher preferred
  • Stock-based compensation knowledge and US GAAP (ASC 718)
  • Hands-on experience with equity management platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills
