📋 Description

  • Administer day-to-day equity operations: grants, vesting, exercises.
  • Maintain accurate equity records across HRIS, payroll, and platforms.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal for tax, reporting, regulatory compliance.
  • Support global equity plans: communications, grant docs, audit readiness.
  • Prepare and reconcile equity reports for stakeholders, auditors, vendors.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on equity awards, vesting, and transactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field required.
  • 2–3 years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
  • Hands-on experience with equity programs and compensation processes.
  • Experience with equity administration systems; JP Morgan platform preferred.
  • Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
  • Exposure to global equity programs and multi-country considerations.
