🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field required.
- 2–3 years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
- Hands-on experience with equity programs and compensation processes.
- Experience with equity administration systems; JP Morgan platform preferred.
- Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
- Exposure to global equity programs and multi-country considerations.
