- Administer day-to-day equity ops: grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, reporting.
- Maintain accurate equity records across HRIS, payroll, and platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal on tax treatment, reporting, and compliance.
- Support global equity plans, communications, grant docs, audit readiness.
- Prepare and reconcile equity-related reports for stakeholders and auditors.
- Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on equity awards and vesting.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
- Hands-on experience supporting equity programs and/or compensation processes.
- Experience with equity administration systems (J.P. Morgan platform preferred).
- Familiarity with global equity programs and multi-country considerations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors.
