📋 Description

  • Administer day-to-day equity ops: grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, reporting.
  • Maintain accurate equity records across HRIS, payroll, and platforms.
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal on tax treatment, reporting, and compliance.
  • Support global equity plans, communications, grant docs, audit readiness.
  • Prepare and reconcile equity-related reports for stakeholders and auditors.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries on equity awards and vesting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
  • Hands-on experience supporting equity programs and/or compensation processes.
  • Experience with equity administration systems (J.P. Morgan platform preferred).
  • Familiarity with global equity programs and multi-country considerations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors.
