- Maintain Carta to ensure cap table and option ledger accuracy
- Coordinate ERS annual returns and HMRC filings with advisers
- Support employees through the exercise process; liaise with Finance
- Track vesting schedules and leaver provisions; note: part-time, 4 days/wk
๐ฏ Requirements
- Solid equity administration/secretarial experience; end-to-end ownership
- UK employee share schemes EMI/CSOP; HMRC reporting and compliance
- Experience with Carta or comparable equity platforms (Ledgy, Global Shares)
- Strong organisational skills; manage multiple processes with deadlines; escalate
- Excellent written communication; draft governance docs and minutes
- Desirable: Companies House filing; cross-border exposure
