  • Own end-to-end process for employee equity docs
  • Design and implement equity management processes for grants and exercises
  • Maintain Carta to ensure cap table and option ledger accuracy
  • Coordinate ERS annual returns and HMRC filings with advisers
  • Support employees through the exercise process; liaise with Finance
  • Track vesting schedules and leaver provisions; note: part-time, 4 days/wk

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid equity administration/secretarial experience; end-to-end ownership
  • UK employee share schemes EMI/CSOP; HMRC reporting and compliance
  • Experience with Carta or comparable equity platforms (Ledgy, Global Shares)
  • Strong organisational skills; manage multiple processes with deadlines; escalate
  • Excellent written communication; draft governance docs and minutes
  • Desirable: Companies House filing; cross-border exposure
