Prepare and review marketing documents and financial models.
Coordinate due diligence and negotiate documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Strong transaction history – CM experience; M&A considered.
Ability to lead transaction execution teams.
High comfort interacting with senior executives.
Strong financial modeling ability and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
MBA with 3+ years CM or undergrad with 6+ years CM; licenses preferred.
