Maintain reliability of critical equipment, controls, utilities, and cleanroom protocols.
Own RCA and corrective actions for preventive/predictive maintenance and downtime.
Define maintenance plans with predictive tools and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, fluid, pneumatic, and robotic failures.
Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and Six Sigma.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, manufacturing engineering, or STEM.
1+ years in engineering roles in manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or operations (internships applicable).
