Work with project engineering to ensure reliability of new and modified installations
Guide maintainability of critical equipment, processes, utilities, controls, and safety systems
Own equipment improvement plans for preventive maintenance and downtime minimization
Define and refine an asset maintenance plan with preventive tasks and predictive testing
Prepare asset docs for review of mechanical design, controls, and software
Develop solutions to repetitive failures and equipment problems affecting operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, integration, reliability, or operations
Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience
2+ years in maintenance engineering and reliability in high-volume ops
Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation
CRE or CMRP certification
