Work with Equipment teams to confirm chassis and empty container availability
Develop and maintain a balanced Market Capacity Plan with Terminal and Capacity teams
Lead daily Market Planning calls reviewing demand, capacity, and risks

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in port, drayage, or intermodal logistics
Knowledge of container flow, terminal slots, chassis, and dispatch
Ability to balance demand with operational capacity
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with TMS or logistics software
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
