Equipment Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair critical assets to ensure proper operation.
• Perform maintenance on ovens, furnaces, vacuum systems, and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to component level.
• Read and use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Perform related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or production.
• 3+ years repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Thermotron, Envirotronic, Mycronic, Unholtz-Dickie, Acutronic equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Lean or Six Sigma tools (Five Why’s methodology).
