- Work with project engineering to ensure reliability of new/modified installations.
- Guide consistency and maintainability of critical equipment, utilities, facilities, and controls.
- Own equipment improvement plans for better preventative maintenance and uptime.
- Define and refine an asset maintenance plan with preventive tasks and predictive methods.
- Prepare asset documentation for review of system mechanical design, controls, and software.
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures that affect plant operations.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
- 1+ years in an engineering role in manufacturing, reliability, and/or operations.
- Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience.
- 2+ years in maintenance engineering or reliability in a high-volume environment.
- Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation.
- CMMS experience with Maximo, SAP, Infor.
- CRE or CMRP certification.
- ITAR Requirements: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations.
