Ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems.
Own equipment improvement plans to improve preventive maintenance and uptime.
Design and refine asset maintenance plans with preventive and predictive tasks.
Prepare asset documentation for review of mechanical design, controls, and software.
Develop solutions to repetitive failures affecting plant operations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
1+ years in engineering roles in manufacturing, reliability, or operations.
2+ years in maintenance engineering or reliability in high-volume settings.
Hands-on experience with equipment control systems, machinery, and industrial automation.
Ability to read and understand equipment schematics and OEM manuals.
CRE or maintenance & reliability professional (CMRP) certification.
