Work with project engineering to ensure reliability of new/modified installations
Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
Own equipment improvement plans to reduce downtime and improve maintenance
Define and refine an asset maintenance plan with preventive and predictive tasks
Prepare asset documentation for system design, controls, and software
Develop solutions to repetitive failures affecting capacity, quality, and cost

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years in engineering in manufacturing, reliability, or operations
Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience
2+ years maintenance engineering in high-volume environment
Hands-on experience with equipment control systems and industrial automation
Experience with CMMS programs such as Maximo, SAP, Infor
