Team Lead, Analytics

📋 Description

• Design and plan impactful analytics projects.
• Lead the team and provide expert, hands-on technical guidance.
• Champion analytics best practices, including visualization, data storytelling, documentation, testing, and version control.
• Maintain deep subject matter expertise in Equip's business model, clinical model, and data infrastructure.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to uncover critical patterns and insights within our data.
• Set and uphold high data quality standards, actively monitoring key quality metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data and Analytics practitioner.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably digital health and/or healthcare delivery organizations.
• 1+ years of people management experience or demonstrated experience and ability to coach and mentor others.
• Empowers others through attention, engagement, and direct feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to inform data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
