🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data and Analytics practitioner.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably digital health and/or healthcare delivery organizations.
- 1+ years of people management experience or demonstrated experience and ability to coach and mentor others.
- Empowers others through attention, engagement, and direct feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
