🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
- 5–8+ years in business operations, management consulting, or program management.
- Experience in strategic project management and/or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills; SQL is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel/GSheets.
- Experience scaling processes in fast-growing environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization.
- Experience with change management or Lean Six Sigma (a plus).
🎁 Benefits
- Salary: USD 140,000 – 175,000 per year.
