🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years researching behavioral health outcomes in eating disorders.
- Proven track record leading research teams and roadmaps.
- Experience with RCT and Real-World Data (claims, EHR) to generate insights.
- Experience aligning research with business objectives.
- Excellent communication with scientific and non-scientific audiences.
