📋 Description

  • Own the leadership development strategy across all leadership levels.
  • Lead end-to-end L&D delivery: needs assessment, design, facilitation, logistics, evaluation.
  • Ensure inclusive, engaging, adult-learning grounded experiences.
  • Direct senior-level program facilitation; train People Success Partners.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify gaps and investments.
  • Define metrics to measure program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and tools as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • 8+ years in L&D, OD, or Talent Management with leadership focus.
  • Proven success designing and delivering leadership programs across levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Excellent communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds scalable programs.
  • Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
