- Own the leadership development strategy across all leadership levels.
- Lead end-to-end L&D delivery: needs assessment, design, facilitation, logistics, evaluation.
- Ensure inclusive, engaging, adult-learning grounded experiences.
- Direct senior-level program facilitation; train People Success Partners.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify gaps and investments.
- Define metrics to measure program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and tools as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 8+ years in L&D, OD, or Talent Management with leadership focus.
- Proven success designing and delivering leadership programs across levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong program management skills.
- Excellent communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds scalable programs.
- Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
