EPS Manufacturing Technician

📋 Description

• Assemble stators and support electric engine subassemblies using manual, semi-automatic, and automated equipment
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering on equipment bring-up and process development
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues for stator builds
• Conduct in-process and final inspections with basic metrology tools
• Document build issues, deviations, and manufacturing parameters in real time
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain 5S compliant workspace

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on manufacturing/production experience assembling mechanical/electronic components
• Follow formal work instructions and accurately document deviations and build records
• High workmanship standards; careful with hardware and quality
• Experience using measurement/inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and basic drafting standards
• Familiarity with safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash, ESD) and 5S
