- Manage and support Pigment EPM and Tableau during month-end and forecast cycles; resolve issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; design, develop, and modify EPM features.
- Manage data loads and integrations with NetSuite and Workday; ensure data quality.
- Monitor and optimize EPM performance; tune calculations and data loads.
- Document configurations; provide end-user training and create manuals.
- Coordinate change requests and releases; communicate updates to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Pigment EPM strongly preferred, or experience with Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Insights.
- Background in a Finance Information Systems organization supporting FP&A.
- Working knowledge of EPM modules like Expenses, Revenue, Capex, and Workforce.
- Proficiency in EPM infrastructure, administration, scenario management, and security.
- Experience with data integration from NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake; validating and reconciling data.
- Experience supporting FP&A during month-end close and forecast/budget cycles.
