Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, ops leaders, and IT to optimize EHR workflows.
Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory apps.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Experience configuring and maintaining Epic Willow Inpatient/Willow Ambulatory.
Strong analysis of pharmacy workflows; design future-state solutions.
Collaborates with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders.
Supports medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration.
Troubleshoots issues, system errors, and workflow challenges.
Performs system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
