Apply technical expertise to client systems to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
Track and document risks and issues.
Analyze and document workflows.
Work directly with client end users; monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions.

🎯 Requirements

Significant Epic experience in Epic applications, Radiant.
Epic Radiant certification is required
Extensive experience working with implementations and upgrades
Professional and effective communicator
