🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, IT, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Epic Certification(s) preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification desirable.
- 3–5+ years healthcare IT project management experience (Epic preferred).
- Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
- Experience as an Epic PM on at least 2 full lifecycle implementations; knowledge of HL7/FHIR.
