📋 Description

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing East Enterprise AE team to exceed quotas.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top enterprise talent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Eng, Enablement, and CS to grow.
  • Maintain revenue visibility with accurate monthly forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Coach and develop the team; build a structured learning framework for new hires.
  • Remote role with 50% travel to SF, Denver, Austin, and New York.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ years in managing B2B enterprise software sales teams.
  • Proven ability to meet quotas and drive team success.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement; experience navigating negotiation, legal, and procurement.
  • Pipeline management across fast-moving and longer-term deals.
  • MEDDPICC knowledge and GTM tools (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
