  • Assemble, instrument, and test satellite hardware through development and testing.
  • Monitor test asset and test article performance during development.
  • Activate, evaluate, monitor, and maintain space simulation test equipment (Thermal, TVAC, HASS/HALT, Vibration).
  • Assemble, activate, and troubleshoot custom test racks and interfaces.
  • Structural test build and execution for large and small satellite components.
  • Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation and harnessing.

🎯 Requirements

  • NASA STD 8739.4, IPC-620, and J-STD-001 qualifications
  • Hot-air soldering, iron soldering, wire crimping, and 3D printing
  • Fabricate and repair cable harnesses; soldering, crimping, connectors
  • A&P (airframe and powerplant) license
  • Read mechanical drawings and tolerances (GD&T)
  • Hydraulic plumbing repair/fabrication
