🎯 Requirements

5+ years of electronics/electro-mechanical testing experience
3+ years leading technicians in fast-paced test/production environments
Ownership of test lab operations including scheduling, equipment utilization, and team performance
Strong understanding of thermal, thermal vacuum, and vibration testing
Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends for 24/7 campaigns
