- Lead hands-on environmental testing for Terran R avionics hardware (vibration, shock, thermal)
- Execute qualification and acceptance test procedures (QTP/ATP) with minimal supervision
- Support setup, instrumentation, operation, and teardown of environmental test configurations
- Configure and operate data acquisition, accelerometers, thermocouples, and related instrumentation
- Interpret drawings, test procedures, schematics, and hardware requirements
- Serve as tech resource in the lab for fixture setup and hardware integration
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in environmental testing in aerospace/defense
- Hands-on ATP/ET procedures with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of vibration, shock, and thermal testing incl. setup and instrumentation
- Experience with environmental test equipment: thermal chambers, vibration systems, accelerometers, thermocouples, DAQ
- Ability to interpret test procedures, drawings, schematics, and hardware requirements
- Experience exporting and communicating test data; strong troubleshooting in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and documentation; support root-cause investigations
