- Maintain environmental compliance with AQMD, LACSD, CARB, RWQCB, DTSC, EPA and other regs.
- Manage hazardous waste handling, storage, disposal; include waste determinations and labeling.
- Maintain 90-day hazardous waste inventory logs and inspect storage areas.
- Schedule waste shipments with disposal contractor and lab-pack as needed.
- Coordinate spill response and prevention; manage spill supplies and cleanup.
- Relocation to Hawthorne, CA required; not remote.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering with environmental emphasis
- 4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing EH&S programs
- California regulatory and environmental compliance experience
- Experience developing/maintaining air permits under SCAQMD
- Experience SWPPP and RWQCB stormwater compliance
- Knowledge of AQMD, LACSD, RWQCB, EPA, CERCLA, RCRA, DOT; strong communication
