Environmental Health & Safety Technician

📋 Description

• Environmental compliance with AQMD, EPA/RCRA, DOT and CUPA.
• Support EH&S objectives for the Vandenberg launch cadence.
• Implement spill prevention and SPCC plans.
• Coordinate hazardous waste shipments with EHS supervisor.
• Inspect and maintain waste labeling and storage.
• Provide boots-on-the-ground safety oversight and training.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years implementing and overseeing EHS programs.
• Experience managing hazardous waste storage and satellite areas.
• Boots-on-the-ground safety oversight experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
