Direct contact for all EHS topics within the facility for current and future operations.
Lead or facilitate incident investigations and report outcomes to management.
Coach and lead EHS Representatives/Ambassadors on the shop floor.
Identify competency gaps and work with EHS owners to close them.
Perform EHS assessments for BU projects and changes.
Coordinate internal/external audits and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of operations experience in biotech or biopharma.
Bachelor’s degree in safety (e.g., HVK, industrial hygiene or equivalent).
Proactively takes ownership of responsibilities.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal; Dutch preferred.
Stimulating open communication when mistakes are made.
Recognizes and involves employees with diverse backgrounds.
