Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH and other agencies
Collaborate with leadership on hazard assessments and safety policies
Monitor employee exposure to physical and chemical hazards
Implement machine guarding where needed
Investigate industrial accidents to determine root causes and corrective actions
Develop safety contingency plans (fires, spills, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years in EH&S design, development and oversight
Bachelor's degree in engineering with emphasis in occupational health and safety
Strong knowledge of applying federal, state and local safety/environmental regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with emergency response and incident management
