Oversee and own the day-to-day EHS site management of the construction project at Cape Canaveral.
Implement, enforce, and audit the site's contractor EHS program for SpaceX employees and contractors.
Develop safety observations from inspections; ensure OSHA/NFPA/NIOSH compliance, with focus on cranes, rigging, heavy equipment, welding, fabrication.
Collaborate with leadership to complete job hazard assessments; set PPE requirements and safety policies.
Provide technical oversight for crane and rigging operations, heavy equipment use, welding, and steel fabrication.
Monitor exposure to hazards; recommend remedial actions; educate personnel on safety.
