- Lead and continuously improve Safety & Security programs across Fever’s U.S. business, aligning with global standards and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the national approach for safety and security in support of BAU operations, with on-the-ground support to major/local productions.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to foster a strong safety culture and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for audits and reporting.
- Provide emergency response coordination for incidents affecting Fever workspaces and events.
- Deliver on-site safety briefings and crisis communication across event locations.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–6 years in health & safety, security, or crisis management.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regs, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Independent, organized, proactive with strong initiative.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- On-site during irregular hours and travel to event locations region-wide.
- Certifications in Health & Safety (OSHA, IOSH) or Security (CPP, PSP) a plus.
