Environment, Health & Safety Technician

📋 Description

• Lead Safety & Security programs across Fever’s U.S. business, aligned with global standards.
• Oversee national Safety & Security for BAU operations with on-the-ground support for major local productions.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to foster a safety culture and wellbeing.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits and reporting.
• Provide emergency response coordination for incidents at Fever workplaces and events.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and incident responders per crisis plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in health & safety, security, or crisis management across Safety and Security.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Coordinate across functions and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• On-site during irregular hours and travel to event locations.
• Certifications in Health & Safety (OSHA, IOSH) and/or Security (CPP, PSP) a plus.
