Your Role in Our Mission

As an AM HR , you’ll play a vital role in making Enveda a great place to work. You’ll partner with leaders to coach, support, and empower our teams to do their best work every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people practices and team support
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes with accuracy and care
  • Use data to drive smart, people-first decisions
  • Coordinate benefits administration (insurance, PF/ESIC) with finance
  • Maintain clear, compliant, and user-friendly HR policies and records
  • Help drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives

    • We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of HR experience (PGDM/HR preferred)
  • Strong communicator, with ability to work across teams and cultures
  • Organized, action-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with data, systems, and tools like G-Suite & MS Office
  • A team player who cares deeply about people and growth
