On-site IT support at New Plymouth client sites; first point of contact.
Address tickets via phone, email, chat; deliver strong customer service.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Document and track issues in the ticketing system and status.
Escalate unresolved problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with product knowledge and complete daily timesheets. Travel between sites may be required.

🎯 Requirements

Must be NZ Citizen or permanent resident.
Must have NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted).
Desirable: Windows 11; Windows Server 2022; Azure AD.
Desirable: FortiGate firewalls; Switching; Wireless.
Desirable: Printers/Copiers experience.
