  • Provide essential services and administrative support to field employees
  • Ensure onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed accurately
  • Manage high-volume admin and reporting workflows for onboarding, retention, and experience

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic PC and computer proficiency required (EMR and HR systems experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
