📋 Description

• Facilitate E-LAB classes and in-person sessions.
• Hold regular office hours; mentor individuals and teams.
• Implement the E-LAB curriculum with the E-Lab Team.
• Support individuals/teams; guidance on collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Foster student engagement, participation, and program completion.
• Working hours: 20 hours per week.

🎯 Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• Experience facilitating classes/workshops in higher education.
• Experience coaching or mentoring students or early-stage ventures.
• Prior experience coordinating programs, projects, or events.
• Founding or co-founding a venture is strongly preferred.
