We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Engineering team and lead high-impact programs that accelerate software delivery and drive AI-powered transformation. This role will focus not only on program and release management, but also on scaling the use of AI tools to improve engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record of Agile transformation, and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering programs, while enabling adoption of modern AI-driven practices across the SDLC.

Responsibilities will include

  • Lead strategic engineering programs with a focus on integrating AI tools to improve developer productivity and product delivery speed.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, CodeWhisperer, Cursor) across engineering teams.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can streamline SDLC processes such as code generation, testing, documentation, and release planning.
  • Manage end-to-end program execution using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Oversee release management and coordination, ensuring quality and predictability of software releases.
  • Maintain and optimize engineering workflows through tools like JIRA, Confluence, Guru, etc, and extract actionable insights.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, SDET, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify program risks and dependencies early, proactively resolving blockers and aligning priorities.
  • Deliver clear, concise program updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a software product environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and full SDLC management.
  • Demonstrated experience using and implementing AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar in engineering workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across organizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or Business.
  • Prior experience leading AI-driven initiatives in engineering or Product Development.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in Software Development.
  • Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe), PMP, or related disciplines.
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering automation practices.
