🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8–12 years' experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
- Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, Leadership, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience managing teams and leading org-wide initiatives
- Experience in technology/software/product organizations
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, organizational behavior, and change management
