The Admin & Facilities Partner III is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both Facilities Management and Cafeteria Operations for a large corporate office. This role oversees daily facilities upkeep, vendor coordination, cafeteria service quality, hygiene, safety, and employee experience. The position requires strong operational oversight, proactive issue resolution, and effective stakeholder and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8 years of experience in facilities operations, cafeteria management, or vendor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping, PPM, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
