- Support the Digital Transformation roadmap through ERP implementations and adoption.
- Lead current-/future-state process mapping across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Ops.
- Translate business workflows into system requirements and rollout plans.
- Drive ERP and enterprise system implementations, including data migration and UAT.
- Partner with admins, IT, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
- Collaborate to align systems with manufacturing realities and cross-functional needs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, IS, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years' experience leading or supporting enterprise system implementations.
- Hands-on ERP experience (Finance, Purchasing, Inventory); manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in highly regulated environments (nuclear, aerospace, defense).
- Strong ability to translate business processes into system requirements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
