  • Support users via service desk tickets, walk-ups, email and chat
  • Log requests and follow escalation procedures

  • Assist Network Operations with network troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; AA+2 yrs or HS/GED+4 yrs as alternatives
  • 2+ years IT desktop support for macOS and Ubuntu Linux
  • Familiar with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and collaboration tools
  • Experience with automated desktop deployments using config management systems
  • Understanding wired and wireless networking, troubleshooting and tools
  • JIRA, JAMF, Entra, Zoom experience desirable
  • Extensive hardware knowledge
