π― Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required; AA+2 yrs or HS/GED+4 yrs as alternatives
- 2+ years IT desktop support for macOS and Ubuntu Linux
- Familiar with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and collaboration tools
- Experience with automated desktop deployments using config management systems
- Understanding wired and wireless networking, troubleshooting and tools
- JIRA, JAMF, Entra, Zoom experience desirable
- Extensive hardware knowledge
