- Troubleshoot Jamf products, configurations, and integrations using logs.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure deployment success.
- Provide API and third-party integration support; assist with setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention; provide status updates on issues.
- Work with product/engineering to identify bugs and provide feedback for improvements.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in customer/technical support, SaaS.
- Fluency in Chinese and English (required)
- Strong troubleshooting: log analysis, debugging, diagnostics
- Cloud-based infra (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience
- APIs, web tech, networking and SQL databases
