๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Primary escalation point for Premium Support customers with advanced issues.
  • Troubleshoot Jamf products, configurations, and integrations using logs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure deployment success.
  • Provide API and third-party integration support; assist with setup and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention; provide status updates on issues.
  • Work with product/engineering to identify bugs and provide feedback for improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in customer/technical support, SaaS.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (required)
  • Strong troubleshooting: log analysis, debugging, diagnostics
  • Cloud-based infra (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience
  • APIs, web tech, networking and SQL databases
