🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in high-touch enterprise CS/AM/Senior Consulting or analytics expertise.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships at C-level and operational levels.
- Exceptional written and oral communication in French and English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong knowledge of analytics: Digital Experience Analytics, Product Analytics, A/B testing.
- Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
- Experience collaborating with Sales to drive growth with a proactive mindset.
