🎯 Requirements
- 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma roles and scientific software implementation
- Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven global leadership in enterprise solution design and deployment (Benchling exp preferred)
- Empathize with scientists and grasp complex concepts/workflows
- Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills and strong PM
- Self-directed, adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable across functions, geographies with diverse stakeholders
- Will travel to customer sites up to 30%
